How long does the warranty last?
Our warranty provides lifetime coverage for frame integrity and structural issues, 10 years for energy performance, and 5 years for weather protection. The warranty begins on the date of purchase.
Does the warranty cover installation?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and product performance. It does not cover installation by unqualified persons or damage caused during installation. We recommend professional installation for optimal results and warranty coverage.
What if my windows were damaged during shipping?
All shipments are fully insured. If you receive damaged windows, contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange for replacement at no cost to you. This is not considered a warranty claim.
Can I transfer the warranty to a new owner?
Yes, the warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the property where the storm windows are installed, provided the windows remain in their original location.
What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
In addition to our warranty, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, return the windows for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
